Makariou III, Nicosia 1065, Cyprus (“MASO”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the website, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or its digital services.
2. Content and services
The website presents the firm, its public affairs and strategic communications services, MASO NEWS, Maya — MASO AI Client Desk, MASO Intelligence and HERMES. Content is provided for general information and may change without notice.
3. No professional advice or engagement
Content does not constitute legal, regulatory, investment, tax or other tailored professional advice. Using the website or submitting an enquiry does not create a client, agency, fiduciary or confidential engagement. Such a relationship arises only under a written agreement accepted by MASO.
4. Maya — AI Client Desk
Maya is an automated artificial-intelligence assistant for preliminary information and enquiry intake. Its answers may be incomplete or inaccurate and do not represent a binding MASO position. Do not share confidential, special-category or unnecessary personal information through Maya. Material decisions require confirmation by a member of our team.
5. HERMES
HERMES provides an indicative automated view of business needs based on information entered by the user. It is not a guarantee, forecast, offer or professional opinion and does not make an automated acceptance or rejection decision. Any potential engagement is reviewed by a person and agreed separately.
6. MASO NEWS and publications
Analyses, briefs and publications reflect information and judgments available when prepared. While we seek accuracy, we do not guarantee completeness or continued currency and have no obligation to update every publication. Readers should verify information before relying on it.

You agree to use the website lawfully, provide accurate information and respect third-party rights.
- Do not introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access or disrupt the website.
- Do not impersonate others, submit unlawful or misleading material, or misuse forms.
- Do not carry out bulk automated extraction of content or data without prior written permission.
8. Intellectual property
The logo, identity, design, text, images, analyses, methodologies and other content belong to MASO or are used under licence and are protected by applicable law. Personal or internal non-commercial use with clear attribution is permitted; any other reproduction, adaptation or commercial use requires prior written permission.
You retain rights in material you submit and grant us the limited licence necessary to process your enquiry or deliver the service you requested.
9. Third-party links and services
The website may include third-party links or features. We do not control or accept responsibility for their content, availability, security or privacy practices. Access is at your discretion and subject to the relevant provider’s terms.
10. Availability and warranties
We use reasonable efforts to operate a secure and reliable service, but the website and services are provided as is and as available. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant uninterrupted operation, freedom from errors or suitability of all content for a particular purpose.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MASO is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use or inability to use the website, reliance on general content or third-party services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
